All purchases that are made through our website are processed securely using an external payment processor and details are not stored by us.

Franchise Applications

We collect personal information from franchise applicants for purposes including evaluating franchise suitability, conducting due diligence and meeting our franchisor disclosure obligations. This information may be shared with our related entities, prospective franchisees, referees, financial institutions, law enforcement, educational institutions (to verify qualifications, if needed), and other relevant authorities.

Employment Applications

We collect personal information from employment applications to evaluate candidates for positions, conduct reference checks and retain information for future openings. This information may be shared with referees, former employers, law enforcement agencies, educational institutions (to verify qualifications, if necessary) and our related entities as required.

Franchisees

Multiple TCS stores are independently owned and operated by franchisees. As a franchisor, we emphasise the importance of protecting customer data and adhering to privacy regulations throughout our franchise network.

Please note that this Policy does not cover the practices on franchisee’s independent social media accounts.

TCS operates a network of stores across New Zealand and Australia. Due to the scale of our operations, it is occasionally necessary to share your personal information with our related companies and third-party service providers.
